项目摘要

本研究の目的は、ストレス状況の体験を他者に開示する過程、そしてその開示を受けた他者によってサポートが提供される過程を捉え、それらが精神的健康とどのように関連するかを検討することである。それによって、日常的な対人関係におけるサポートの授受がいかにして心身の健康に影響しうるのかというメカニズムへの考察をより前進させることを目指す。具体的には、短期の縦断的測定により日常のストレス経験とその開示、開示に対する相手の反応、相手からのサポート提供、相手のストレス体験に関する開示とそれに応じた相手へのサポート提供を把握し、それらと相手への対人感情や気分状態、さらに長期的な精神的健康度との関連を分析することを意図している。本年度は、3年間の研究助成期間の最終年度として、1・2年目におこなった自由記述調査のまとめと予備調査等をふまえ、本研究の焦点である、日常ストレス経験とその開示に伴うサポート授受とその影響に関する複数回の本調査を、2つのサンプルを対象にして並行実施した。具体的には、1週間を単位とする短期の縦断的研究(健康状態とサポートの入手可能性の認知を事前に測定)により、日常のストレス経験、その経験と感情の友人に対する開示の有無、開示しない場合の理由、開示時の友人の反応と提供されたサポート、サポートを受けた結果としての感情反応、今後の開示可能性、およびその測定期間を通した気分状態などを測定し、それらの相互関係を分析した(なお、当初は調査票の作成を業者委託する予定であったが、実施時期等との関係から適宜学生アルバイトの協力を得て作成したため、執行計画と実績に若干のズレを生じた)。これらの結果の一部を、日本健康心理学会第18回大会および日本応用心理学会第72回大会での個人発表ならびに日本心理学会第69回大会のワークショップにおいて報告し、また静岡文化芸術大学研究紀要第6巻にて論文化した。年度後半に調査を実施した未発表データについては、2006年度の学会年次大会等の機会をとらえ、順次報告していく予定である。
