本研究の基本的な目的は、従来のサポート関係の互恵性に関する研究の問題点を改善しさらに発展させることであった。とりわけ、日常的な社会的相互作用におけるソーシャル・サポート過程の分析と結びつけることにより、サポート授受への期待と実際のサポートのやりとりおよびその互恵性がいかにして心身の健康に影響しうるのかというメカニズムへの考察をより前進させることを目指した。具体的には、個々の指標の精緻化とともに短期間での測定の繰り返しによる縦断的な検討をおこない、認知レベルと実行レベル双方のサポート授受とその互恵性が対人感情および生活感情ないし精神的健康状態に及ぼす影響を検討した。平成14年度における本研究の目標は、前年度に実施した一連の予備調査を経て完成させた調査票を用いて本調査を実施し、上記の目的に添ってその結果を分析することであった。そこで、まず4月から5月にかけて、補足的な文献調査とともに前年度の予備調査をふまえて構成した調査票の最終吟味をおこなった。そして、6月中旬頃より複数の学生集団で約1週間の繰り返し測定を実施した。また11月下旬より12月中旬頃にかけて2つの学生集団を対象に1週間間隔で計4回の繰り返し測定を実施し、結果の交差妥当性について検討した。同時期には別の学生集団に対して2週間間隔での調査を実施し、結果の拡張を図った。また翌年1-2月にもほぼ同等の内容でフォローアップ調査を実施した。これらの結果のうち、サポートの受容と提供が感情状態に及ぼす影響については、平成13年度実施分の調査結果と併せて平成14年秋の日本心理学会および日本グループ・ダイナミックス学会において、また互恵性の影響についてはその一部を平成15年3月の日本行動科学学会ウインターカンファレンスにおいて発表した。

The basic purpose of this study is to improve the relationship between the two groups. The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of a series of preliminary surveys conducted in the previous year. The preliminary survey of the previous year constitutes the final report of the survey. In mid-June, a number of student groups returned to their homes for about a week. From late November to mid-December, 2 student groups were selected for the study, and the results were evaluated at intervals of 1 week for 4 cycles. At the same time, the survey was conducted at 2-week intervals and the results were analyzed. From January to February of the following year, the survey was carried out on the same content. The results of this study include the results of a survey conducted in Heisei 13 on emotional state and influence, and the results of a survey conducted in Heisei 14 on the Japanese Psychological Association and the Japanese Society for Action Science in March 15 on the impact of interaction.
