项目摘要

セイヨウナシ5品種に対して除雄無受粉と他家受粉処理を行い,単為結果果実と有種子果実の果実形質を調査した.単為結果果実の大きさ,糖度は有種子果実より劣っていたことから,ラ・フランスなどの強い単為結果性を持つ品種でも他家受粉が必要であることを明らかにした.1花そう2花の他家受粉では交配後著しい生理落果が観察された.一方1花そう1花の他家受粉は安定的な結実をもたらした.そこで,セイヨウナシ15品種に対して1花そう1花の除雄無受粉,自家受粉および他家受粉を行ない,各品種の単為結果性と自家不和合性を調査した.ほとんどすべての品種が単為結果性を有しており,結実率を指標にした不和合・和合の識別は困難であった.しかし,単為結果性の要因を排除した指標SI index[(評価対象の交配における充実種子数/交配花数)/(和合交雑における充実種子数/交配花数)×100]は和合・不和合の明確な判定を可能にした.S1〜S7対立遺伝子を有するセイヨウナシの遺伝子型を推定できるPCR-RFLP (S1〜S7)システムを用いて27品種の3遺伝子型を推定したところ,14種類の遺伝子型に分類され,そのうち8種類の遺伝子型には複数の品種が分類された.同じ推定S遺伝子型をもつ品種が交雑不和合であったことから,セイヨウナシの雌しべ側S遺伝子産物もS-RNaseであり,本システムは高い信頼性をもつことが立証された.一方で,S1〜S7-RNaseと異なる新規S8〜S11-RNaseをクローニングし,それらの全塩基配列を決定した.
