目的:本研究の目的は、地域在住の高齢者を対象に、心の健康度についてその実態を明らかにし、行政施策等に資するための基礎資料を得ることである。対象:H15年度は、本研究の対象地域である重信町の19行政区のうち、上林、下林、上村の三地区(拝志校区)において調査を行った。それぞれ地区の対象数は、上林地区が男性138人、女性171人(男女計309人)、下林地区が男性196人、女性260人(男女計456人)、上村地区が男性78人、女性109人(男女計187人)であって、三地区を合計すると男性412人、女性540人(男女計952人)となる。方法:調査は郵送法で行った。平成15年12月に調査票を各対象者宛に送付し、同封の返信用封筒にて回収した。平成16年1月に回収できなかった対象者宛に、調査票を再郵送し、同様の方法で回収した。調査内容:調査票は個人属性の他に、(1)生活習慣・生活環境アセスメントの「閉じこもり」アセスメント表、(2)SDS、(3)CES-D、(4)type A傾向尺度、GHQ (28項目)、(5)その他、で構成した。調査結果:調査票の回収率は三地区ともほぼ同等であった。男性の回収数は293(回収率71.1%)、女性の回収数は403(回収率74.6%)、男女計の回収数は696(回収率73.1%)であった。年齢階級別の回収率は男性が、60歳代69.9%、70歳代71.2%、80歳代76.1%、90歳以上58.3%であり、女性では、60歳代74.7%、70歳代81.8%、80歳代66.0%、90歳以上59.5%であり、男女計では、60歳代72.5%、70歳代77.2%、80歳代70.1%、90歳代59.2%となった。今後の予定:来年度以降、重信町内の他地区で調査を継続する。今回の調査結果から、本年度とったような調査方法においても十分高い回収率が見込まれることから、来年度も同様の方法で調査を進める。

Objective: The purpose of this study is to obtain the basic data for the study of mental health, health status, and administrative policies. Target:H15, the target area of this study is Shigenobacho, 19 administrative districts, Kamibayashi, Shimabayashi, and Kamimura. Survey results: The return rate of survey votes is equal to that of the three regions. The return rate for men was 293(return rate 71.1%), for women 403(return rate 74.6%), and for men 696(return rate 73.1%). The recovery rate of age class is 69.9% for men, 60s, 71.2% for 70s, 76.1% for 80s, 58.3% for 90s and above, 74.7% for women, 81.8% for 70s, 66.0% for 80s, 59.5% for 90s and above, 72.5% for men and women, 77.2% for 70s, 70.1% for 80s, 70.1% for 80s and above. 90 years old 59.2%.
