项目摘要

朴さい奎外国人特別研究員の研究上の必要性から、17年度はまず大和朝廷が外交の軸が対高句麗・対百済と揺れる時期の天皇陵群を確認することによって古墳相の状況を調査し、つづいて、日本国内の高句麗に関連する史跡を調査した。特に、日本が朝鮮半島政権との交流が絶たれてくる7世紀末から8世紀初頭の畿内の状況を把握するために、同時代の天皇陵を中心にした遺跡およびその独自相を検証すべくフィールドを調査した。さらに、同研究員は大和時代および飛鳥時代における対高句麗関係を中心にした討論を行うべく京都大学を会場として同分野の専門家である田中俊明氏らと会合を持ち、特に考古の分野において収穫を得た。一方、同研究員と共同で、中国と韓国との、高句麗史をめぐる歴史論争に関して諸方面からデータを収集し、また議論を繰り返した。同時に外部への公開を前提とした研究集会を催して「中韓学会的高句麗歴史認識、問題在〓里?」を発表し、つづいて「民族文化の構造と系統から見た高句麗」を発表して、関係者を招いたなかで討論を重ねた。そして最終的に報告文をまとめ、完成させた(コピーは在日研究終了時に日本学術振興会に提出済み)。同研究員のそれらの論旨は、つまるところいわゆる「一史両用」もしくは「一史多用」の理論である。つまり、一つであるはずの歴史事象に対してはそれぞれの国・それぞれの民族は独自の解釈、独自の評価がなされてしかるべきであるという結論を導き出すにいたっている。こうした論旨に対して会場からはさまざまな疑問が出されたが、注目されるのは中韓間でこうした「一史両用」理論が採用されるとなると、一国の歴史観原理の一貫性からして日中間(日韓間)でも適用され、日中(日韓)の歴史認識が相違することも中国(韓国)は認めざるを得なくなることを視野に入れているかといった議論であった。
