项目摘要

本研究は、日本と中国で職業教育を受け、その後製造業に従事している者を対象とする調査を中心に、日本と中国の技術系専門職におけるキャリア形成のメカニズムを解明し、学校教育と企業内教育の関係を明らかにすることを課題としている。本年度(2006年4月〜2006年8月)は、計画に基づき主にデータの分析と現地調査を行った。具体的には次のようなことに取り組んだ。(1)日本と中国の高等教育に関するマクロデータの分析結果に基づき、日本高等教育学会第9回大会8回大会(2006年6月3日〜4日、東京日本国立大学財務・経営センター)に参加し、学会発表を行なった(タイトル:高等教育のマス化と構造変化--日本の経験と中国の展望)(2)6月末〜7月初めに、中国北京、山東省で補足調査を行い、今まで日本で行われた調査(東陶機器株式会社、日野自動車株式会社本社)、及び中国で実施した調査の結果をさらなる分析を行った。(3)研究結果を纏めている。今までの研究結果の一部をまとめ、雑誌論文の形で公表した(裏面を参照)。
