项目摘要

以下の3点を実施した。1.自閉症児のコミュニケーション獲得条件の検討(1)動作模倣:手指運動模倣において、模倣の正確さは自閉症児と健常児で差がないが、モデル動作を表裏逆に模倣する逆転反応が、自閉症児において有意に高く生起した。しかし、模倣する手を見ることができない場合、逆転反応が有意に減少したことから、自閉症児における逆転反応は、視覚的フィードバックへ過度の依存による可能性が示唆された。(2)共同注意表出:大人には見えず、子どもにしか見えない場所に刺激が提示される場面において、自閉症児は指さしや複数の共同注意行動を協応して表出することが有意に少なかった。遂行が顕著に低い自閉症児3名に対して介入を実施した結果、共同注意のターゲットを子どもの選好に合わせて操作することによって共同注意の生起率が上昇し、直接の訓練なしに協応された共同注意行動が出現することが示された(2007Autism Conferenceにて発表)。2.健常乳幼児における社会的刺激に対する脳反応の光トポグラフィによる検討(1)対乳児音声:自分の母、未知の母の対乳児音声に対して、左右聴覚野近傍の有意な賦活が見られた。前頭部においては、自分の母条件においてのみ、特に右前頭部に有意な賦活が見られた(第11回認知神経科学会にて発表)。(2)共同注意:共同注意表出条件と、実験者の視線が示す方向に刺激が提示される共同注意応答条件を比較した結果、応答条件において、有意にOxy-Hbの低下が見られた。3.自閉閉症児への行動的介入による行動・脳機能の変化の検討(1)自閉症、高機能自閉症児を対象に、音韻・抑揚の変化を聴取時の脳活動を測定した結果、言語処理の側性化発達に遅れがみとめられた。(2)療育経験のない2歳自閉症児に対して(3)の課題を用いて療育前と、療育開始後の側性化の変化を検討した結果、側性化指数に変化が見られた。
