项目摘要

喫煙は、多くの生活習慣病の予防可能な単一因子とされる。看護職者が「禁煙支援」を行い、現在の喫煙関連疾患患者の重症化予防だけではなく、顕在化していない喫煙関連疾患の発症予防を目指していくことは重要であり、その実現に向けた検討をすることが、本研究の目的である。前年度までの2年間の調査では、看護学生、看護師とも「喫煙関連教育や禁煙支援スキルの不足」「保健医療専門職者として自身の喫煙行動に対する意識の低さ」が看護職者(看護学生を含む)自身の喫煙率の高さや禁煙支援未実施率と関連していることが明らかになり、日々更新される喫煙の健康影響や禁煙支援方法等に関する専門知識をどのように得ていけるか、それらを活用した実践ができるかが重要であると考えた。本研究の最終年度である平成17年度は、多数の看護職者が活動する医療機関での禁煙支援の実現を目指し、具体的方策を明らかにすることと、それらを実践していくことを本研究の目的と定めた。看護学生には喫煙関連教育と保健医療分野の専門職者となる自身の行動選択の意義の情報提供を行い、看護師には臨床看護実践へ取り込むことができる各科の特徴をふまえた対象者(患者)への禁煙支援方法の提案と実践可能かつ効果的な支援に関する議論を重ねて行うことを、実施した。さらに、我が国の権威的研究者と交流を持ち禁煙支援方法の最新情報の収集に努め情報提供に活用すること、臨床看護師や看護教育機関教員と現状の困難点について意見交換を行い、実際的な禁煙支援の提供方法の検討を深めた。これらの研究活動に関する論文を作成した。今後、保健医療専門職者の最大数を占める看護職者による禁煙支援のさらなる発展は必須であり、個々の看護師が高い意識をもって効果的な支援を提供していくために、看護学教育(あるいはその前の時期)からの一貫した教育・研修内容の検討が課題になっている。

Eating tobacco, many living habits and diseases to prevent possible factors. Caregivers are working on "smoking cessation support" to prevent the severity of tobacco-related disorders, and the goal of this study is to prevent the development of tobacco-related disorders. In the previous two-year survey, nursing students and caregivers were found to have insufficient smoke-related education and smoke-free support, health care professionals were found to have low awareness of their own smoke-related actions, nursing professionals (including nursing students) were found to have high rates of their own smoke-related education, and smoke-free support was found to be insufficient. The health effects of smoking and anti-smoking support methods are updated every day. In the final year of this study, most of the caregivers participated in the activities of the health care sector, and the objectives of this study were clearly defined. Nursing students are required to provide information on the significance of smoking related education and health care, and nursing staff are required to provide information on the characteristics of each subject in clinical nursing practice, and suggestions on smoking prevention support methods for target patients are required. In addition, we will exchange views with renowned researchers in China on the latest information collection, information provision, application, clinical nurses, nursing education teachers, and current difficulties, and conduct in-depth discussions on the provision of anti-smoking support. This research activity is related to the preparation of papers. In the future, the largest number of health care professionals, nursing professionals, smoking ban support, development needs, nursing professionals, high awareness, effective support, nursing education (before the period), consistent education, training content, discussion topics.
