项目摘要

1.初妊婦と実母の両者間におけるサポートの質的分析平成15年に実施した妊婦と実母のサポートに関する調査結果を質的に分析し、第45回日本母性衛生学会学術集会にて発表した。(1)分析方法:回答より意味のある文節を抜き出し、初妊婦の実母から受けたいサポート35記録単位、実母の娘に行いたいサポート39記録単位を抽出し、次に記録単位を意味内容の類似性に従い分類、ソーシャルサポート分類を参考にカテゴリー化した。(2)結果:初妊婦の実母から受けたいサポートは、物質的3、情報的6、情緒的2、評価的1カテゴリー、実母の娘に行いたいサポートは、物質的4、情報的3、情緒的2、評価的1カテゴリーが抽出された。物質的・情報的サポートは、産褥期にやりとりが高まるが、両者間で必ずしも一致しなかった。情緒的・評価的サポートは、具体化されにくかった。2.妊婦と実母との関係性についてのインタビューの実施初妊婦27名を対象に、実母との関係性についてのインタビューを行った。現在、得られたデータを質的に分析し、両者の関係性を評価するスケール作成に向けて、質問項目を検討中である。(1)インタビューガイドの作成:妊婦と実母との関係性についての先行研究より、両者の関係性の構成要因を抽出した。アダルト・アタッチメント・インタビューを参考に半構造化型のインタビューガイドを作成した。(2)インタビュー内容:娘の妊娠に対する実母の反応、妊婦と実母との親密性、妊婦の実母への依存性、妊婦の実母への気遣い、妊婦の実母に対する尊敬、妊婦の母親像、妊婦と実母との思い出話の欲求、妊婦の出産準備、妊婦のサポート知覚、妊婦と実母との関係性の変化、妊婦と実母との対等性
