今年度は、昨年までの聞き取り調査と文献をもとに支援プログラムの試案を作成、実施した。造血器腫瘍患者の特徴として、(1)入院期間が長期にわたり、医療的な知識を獲得している場合が多い、(2)感染予防等セルフケア能力が高い、(3)他のがん患者に比べ年齢が若い場合が多いなどがあった。そのためプログラムは、情報提供だけでなく、各個人が感情や体験を表出し、参加者全員が共有することでグループとしての一体感をもち、それぞれの生活への取り組む意欲につなげられることを目的とした。形式は、1回90分,参加人数5〜6名,毎月1回計4回。内容は、(1)参加者間の関係性の形成と本プログラムの方向性の確認(2)(3)治療と生活について:どのような生活を送っているのか、最近の様子からそれぞれの問題について話す(4)将来について:これからの希望や不安、対処方法などについて。主旨を説明し、(1)〜(4)の内容を中心に患者の体験を、90分の中で終了できるように参加者達自身で考慮しながら進行してほしいことを伝えた。研究者はファシリテーターとして、全員が会話に参加できるよう、話の流れが大きく変わらないように必要時声をかけた。対象者の属性:外来掲示ポスターで募集した5名。平均年齢は56.2歳、男性2人,女性3人。全員が外来通院中で、復職している人は1人。4回終了時にアンケートを配布し、参加しての変化や感想を自由記載で答えてもらった。結果:各回、いずれも患者の体験や治療中のエピソードを中心にそれぞれの考えを述べ合う形で進めた。場合によっては医学的な知識を求めるケースもあり、今後情報提供と体験の共有のバランスをどのように取っていくか課題が残った。参加者の意見としては、他の患者と話す機会が少ないので、このような会に参加できて良かったが、話題によっては共有しにくい場合もあった。もっと治療に関する情報が欲しい、社会復帰している人と話したかったというものがあった。
