A Study on Collaboration and Management in the University and Region Aim for Urban Regeneration

本研究针对高校和地区（欧洲和美国）正在开展的调研规划和管理，明确了高校和地区协同管理的框架和具体方法。实验结果如下：1)各高校在构建与城市、区域、管理、战略、资本、组织等阶段的关系的同时进行校园规划与管理，并最终规划学术计划的实现。2)与此同时，城市和区域方面期望大学成为城市和区域再生、可持续发展的拉杆。并根据学校和项目的规划，由行政、企业、非营利组织等提供各种支持，推动城市规划和社区设计问题的解决。3)从城市规模与高校的关系角度对联动规划的特征和内容进行梳理，形成四种模式，即城市规划联动型、物理要素控制型、公共规则型、协同管理型。4)作为协同的制定机制，从框架方案、开放流程的设计、组织结构的同步、协同业务方案的构建等方面进行提炼。作为校园边缘的规划，它提取了空间系统的一致性、城市景观的连续性、生活层面的相互利用和支持系统、与教师和社区的协作。(5)作为未来的问题，(1)在校园规划中引入城市规划的理念和技术，以大学与区域相结合为发展目标；(2)使环境协同工作，将城市与区域作为目标实现的诱导点；(3)在良好的空间和区域环境形成中，以校园为基地的战略的必要性；(4)大学与城市形成了各种商业的发展和优良的景观环境，是实现高品质生活方式的拉动支柱。少

This research were clarified the framework and concrete method of collaboration and management in the University and region, because of investigation planning and management which are carrying out university and region (Europe and U.S.).The results were as follows ;1)Each university does the campus planning and management while constructing the relationship with the city and the region, and the phase such as management, strategy, the capitals, and organizations, and is planning the achievement of an academic plan finally.2)At the same time, the city and the regional side expect the pulling post of the regeneration of the city and the region, and sustainable development by the university.
