歩行動作,走行動作が可能な四脚移動ロボットの開発のために,本研究ではリンクシステムによる四脚移動ロボットの提案を行った.本年度は二号試作機の設計・試作および基礎動作実験を行った.試作二号機はモータを各脚に1つ,腰関節に1つの合計5つのモータを持ち,速度に応じて歩容の最適選択を可能としている.それに加え,胴体から平行リンクを足先まで伸ばす構造により,足裏と地面との水平性を保ち,着地面積を増加させることでグリップ力・上半身の安定性の高い構造を持っている.これら試作機の製作と平行して,動的な動作の制御を可能とする回路システムの設計・製作を行った.これにより動作中に別の歩容へと変化する連続動作が可能となった.また,実際の動物の「伸び」にあたる動作を行うことで遊脚時の歩幅上昇を目指したが,歩容の違いにより伸びのタイミングが変化するために最適な伸び動作には至らなかった.また,蹴り出し力を向上させるための足首機構が未実装であったがリンク機構を応用したシステムであっても歩容変化によって歩行から走行へと動作変化が可能となることを実機テストにて確認した.今後の課題として,蹴り出しを目的とした足首機構の実装,「伸び」動作の最適化,腰関節を利用した旋回動作などを行うことで速度向上や走破性能の向上を目指す.
