平成18年度は各学会のレフェリー制のある学術雑誌へ2編投稿し、現在、審査結果待ちの状況である。また、国内での講演・学会発表を行っている。なお、現在投稿中の論文の詳細は以下の通りである。1.地方都市における都市環境からみた市街地拡大の評価-福井市における意識調査から-「環境の世紀」ともいわれる21世紀において、都市計画観点からも環境について考えていく必要がある。本研究では「都市環境から今後の地方都市のあり方とその方策を提示すること」を最終的な目標とし、本論分ではその基礎的部分の研究を行う。本研究の内容は、まず、地方都市における市街地の拡大の状況を確認するとともに、福井市の都市形成について整理している。次に、都市環境からみた評価として福井市在住者への意識調査を行い、市街地構造の評価および市街地環境と都市拡大の抑制との関係について探り考察している。2.地方中小都市の市街地構造の変容と行政の意向に関する研究いわゆる「まちづくり3法」の改正により、郊外開発に対する規制が強化され、特に地方都市を対象として都市計画の大きな方向転換が図られようとしている。今後とられるべき施策は従来型の土地利用のみの規制・誘導だけに頼るのではなく、環境・交通・土地利用を総合的にとらえた持続可能な考え方が必要とされる。本研究では公共交通の整備水準が比較的低い地方中小都市を対象とし、調査及び研究を進めている。内容は、(1)各都市の市街地構造の類型化をDID諸指標を用いて相対的比較により行う、(2)行政アンケートにより意向を把握する、(3)市街地構造の類型と各都市の都市計画的政策の関係を考察する、(4)事例として拡散の進んだ福井市の一地区を取り上げ、拡散の状況と環境・交通を考慮せずに開発を土地利用からのみ進めた問題点を示し、今後に必要な課題を提示している。

Local urban environment-Fukui City Awareness Survey-"Environmental Century"-21st Century-Urban Planning-Environmental Environment-21st Century-21st Century This study is a part of the research on the basis of the final goal of "urban environment, future local urban development and policy suggestions." The content of this study is to confirm the status of urban development in Fukui City and to organize the urban development in Fukui City. Second, urban environment evaluation, urban residents 'awareness survey, urban structure evaluation, urban environment and urban environment inhibition 2. A study on the relationship between urban structure and administrative intention in small and medium-sized cities; the correction of "three laws"; the regulation of urban development; the strengthening of urban structure in special cities; and the change of urban planning direction. In the future, the government will adopt policies to regulate land use, induce land use, and integrate land use, environment, transportation, and sustainable development. This study aims to improve the quality of public transportation in small and medium-sized cities. Contents: (1) Classification of urban structure in each city;(2) Determination of administrative intentions;(3) Investigation of the relationship between urban structure types and urban planning policies in each city;(4) Case study of urban structure types; and (5) Selection of an area in Fukui City.
