项目摘要

パーソンズの「制度化された個人主義」概念は60年代以降の社会情勢や認識枠組みの変化と密接に関連している。そこで、本研究はフランソワ・ブリコーのパーソンズ解釈に着目してきた。ブリコーは、パーソンズ理論と法理論との接点に着目し、価値の多様化が一層すすんだ時代において有効な理論としてパーソンズ理論を位置づけている。ブリコーによればパーソンズは自らの理論を演繹的ではなくコモンロー的な性質をもつものとして設定した。これについて理解を深めるために、パーソンズが参加していた法社会学セミナーの講義録を読解した。また、ブリコーがパーソンズ理論の「性質」に解釈の力点を置いた意図については、ブリコーの著作Le bricolage ideologiqueを読むことで明らかにした。彼は、5月革命を経た70年代以降の社会におけるパーソンズ理論の有効性を論証しようとした。すなわち、演繹的に理論を構築した啓蒙哲学者たちの時代から、科学性とイデオロギー性のはざまで揺れ動いたマルクス主義と実存主義の時代をへて、いまや「コモンロー的」に構築される知的ブリコラージュが戦略的に有効である、と主張した。「教養やエスタブリッシュメント」が解体され、専門的知識の正統性がゆらぎ、個々人が多様な価値を抱く現代社会において、個々人がブリコルールになることが求められるようになってきたという。ブリコーは、そのような時代においてサルトルやアルチュセールとは対比的かつレヴィ=ストロースと親和的な立場として、パーソンズの「制度化された個人主義」論を位置づけた。
