项目摘要

これまで行ってきた研究で,不注意や多動を示す児童にはreactive aggressionが多く見られ,これらを両方とも示している児童は心理的不適応感を抱えている可能性が示された.さらに、攻撃的行動に対して機能的アセスメントに基づく介入が有効であることが明らかにされた。そこで,不注意や多動を示す児童に対して,学校場面で機能的アセスメントに基づいた介入を行ない,攻撃的行動を低減すると共に,reactive aggressionやproactive aggressionの低減にも効果があるのかどうかを検討した.対象者は不注意や多動を示し、攻撃的行動、reactive aggressionやproactive aggressionがみられる小学生1年男児1名であった。機能的アセスメントに基づき、代替行動分化強化、タイムアウトを用いた介入を実施した。その結果、ベースライン期には,乱暴なことをする,物を壊すが15回以上観察されていたが,代替行動分化強化を行なった週は13回観察され,その後タイムアウトを導入した後,徐々に回数が低減した.Reactive aggressionおよびproactive aggressionは,介入前に比べて介入後の得点が低かった.以上の研究より、不注意や多動を示す児童の社会的スキル欠如の改善については社会的スキル訓練が,問題行動である攻撃的行動やreactive aggressionの低減については機能的アセスメントに基づく介入が有効であることが示唆された.
