宮内庁書陵部蔵御所本(以下「御所本」と略称)には、後陽成天皇の著作や収集書籍が少なからず含まれる。多く後西天皇の「明暦」印が捺され、後西天皇に伝来したことが知られる。その中で注意されるのは、『源氏物語』『伊勢物語』『詠歌大概』『未来記雨中吟』などの注釈であり、これらは天皇の講釈の講義ノートである。いずれも、後代「後陽成院御抄」といった題名が付加され、以後の天皇家における歌学・古典学の基盤となった。後陽成天皇が注釈書の作成に当たり引用・参照した室町期の注釈書も御所本に含まれる。これらにも「明暦」印が捺され、後西天皇の禁裏で転写されたものと思われる。また、『(西洞院)時慶〓記』や『(山科)時緒〓記』などの記録に見える後陽成天皇期の書写事蹟を、『古官庫歌書目録』等の古目録類や現存する諸本の本奥書を照合するとかなり一致し、禁裏本の収書と集積の様相が見て取れる。つまり、近世の禁裏本の書写の歴史が、従来指摘されてきた後水尾天皇から、後陽成天皇に遡ることが判明したのである。では、後水尾天皇の書写活動の実相はいかなるものであったのだろうか。後水尾天皇も『伊勢物語』以下の講釈を行なったが、後陽成天皇同様に室町期の古注釈を書写し、禁裏文庫に収めた。一方、後水尾天皇は退位後に禁裏本の多くを仙洞御所に保有し続け、古典研究や講釈に使用した。『隔〓記』や『(高辻)豊長〓記』に拠ると、古写本や古典籍は、後水尾院の仙洞の書院や茶屋に飾られることがあった。後水尾院が仙洞に所持していた書籍類は、寛文年間(1661〜1673)に霊元天皇の禁裏にもたらされ、禁裏文庫の拡充に大きな役割を果たした。後水尾天皇の書写活動と古典学は、後陽成天皇のそれらを継承し、後西・霊元天皇に受け継いだ意義が存するのである。

The Emperor Goyosei's Notes on the Books of the Emperor Goyosei are published in the original version of the Imperial Palace.これらにも「明暦」printed by が捺され, Emperor Gonishi’s forbidden area written by されたものと思われる.また, "(西道院) Tokikei Chronicles", "(Yamashina) Tokihiki Chronicles", "(Yamashina) Tokio Chronicles", "Records of the Chronicles", "History of the Emperor Goyosei's Period", "Ode to the Ancient Official Library" "Book Directory" and other ancient catalogs are used to describe existing books such as "The Book of Books", "The Book of the Ancient Books" and "The Collection of Books in the Forbidden Book".つまり, the modern era of the ban on the book's writing of the history of の歴, the されてきたgomizuo emperor から, and the emperor houyosei's に遡ることがdetermination of the したのである.では, Emperor Gomizuo's writing activity の実phase はいかなるものであったのだろうか. Emperor Gomizuo's "Ise Monogatari" is written in the following の说鈇を行なったが, Emperor Goyōcheng's same 様にmuromachi period is written by 釈をし, and the Forbidden Library is collected in めた. On the one hand, after the abdication of Emperor Gomizuo, the Forbidden City kept the Sento Imperial Palace, and used it to teach classical studies. "The story of the separation" and "(Takatsuji) Toyocho 〓记" are written by に拠ると, ancient manuscripts and classical books, and Gomizuoin's fairy cave academy and tea house are decorated by られることがあった. The collection of books held by the Sendong of Housuiweiyuan, dating from the Huanbun period (1661~1673)に霊元天皇の里にもたらされ, 久里文库の拡成に大きなServant cut を果たした.
