【目的】研究1年目は,筋疲労後の動脈流入量と筋硬度の変化を調べ,循環性の組織容積変化が筋硬度変動に関係することを報告した.一方,筋線維における張力変化も筋硬度を決定する要因となり,筋疲労後には循環要因のみならず,収縮様式の違いによる筋張力変化の影響が加わる可能性がある.そこで本年度は,異なる収縮様式による違いを高負荷重量条件まで設定し,筋硬度および動脈流入量の変化を比較した.【方法】足関節底屈動作において,錘の引き上げのみ(Concentric 1s : CON),引き上げに続いてゆっくりと元に戻す(Concentric 1s + Eccentric 2s : CON+ECC)の2様式による疲労運動を20,40,60%MVCの負荷条件で行った.筋硬度は腓腹筋内側筋腹を対象とし,押し込み硬さ計(特殊計測社:TK-03C)を用いた.動脈流入量はプレチスモグラフ(Hokanson : EC6)を用いた.MVC60%では周径囲も計測した.運動前15分間の安静と疲労運動後30分間の回復過程に計測を行った.【結果】動脈流入量は運動後に負荷重量の増加に従い顕著に増加し30分間でほぼ回復したが,収縮様式間に違いはなかった.筋硬度も負荷重量の増加に従い運動後に増加し20-30分間で回復する変化を示した.20,40%MVCでは収縮様式間に差はなく,60%MVCのCON条件で1分後から20分後までCON+ECC条件より高値を示す違いが生じた.周径囲変化も筋硬度に類似し,CON条件で周径囲増加が大きくr=0.807の強い相関関係が認められた.【考察】負荷重量に従って筋硬度が増大した点は動脈流入量変化と対応する.CON60%MVCにおける筋硬度高値は,血流増加に加え周径囲増大が示す組織液の貯留が複合的に作用したと考えられる.ただし,高強度での伸張性収縮が筋線維実質への機械的負荷を与え,組織容積変化が小さいにもかかわらず大きな筋硬度変化をもたらした可能性も残る.【まとめ】一過性筋疲労時には循環変動に伴う組織容積変化が筋硬度の変動要因と考えられる.しかし,高強度条件では伸張性収縮の機械的負荷による筋線維実質の構造的変化の要因も考慮される.
