项目摘要

本研究の目的は、米国でMBA学位を取得した日本人MBA、韓国人MBA,中国人MBAの実態を比較考察することである。3者を比較考察する際の内容は、人事処遇やエリート意識、キャリアなどである。韓国人と中国人MBAに対するインタビュー調査から、日中韓のMBAの処遇(活用工夫)、一般社員との差別化(エリート度)、成果主義の浸透に関しては、かなりの差が存在することを明らかにしている。そして、3カ国比較という視点から考察した結果、MBAの活用が進んでいる中国、活用が中程度である韓国、あまり進んでいない日本と総括している。これらの分析結果を踏まえ、日本企業に対しては、(1)「MBAの活用」をどのくらい真剣に考えているのか、(2)一般的なMBAの働き方、考え方、期待を人事部がどのくらい理解しているのか、(3)MBAの上司はMBAを使いこなせる人材であるのか(MBAを批判的に捉える上司は向かない)、(4)MBAとコミュニケーションをとっているか、(5)MBAと一般社員を同等に考えるのではなく、MBAにはより困難な職務や国際的な職務、チーム・リーダー的な役割を与えようとする姿勢が必要である、という5点を示唆している。

The purpose of this study is to compare the status of MBA in Japan, Korea and China. 3.
