项目摘要

本研究の目的は、リヒトヴァルク校を中心事例としながら、ハンブルク中等学校改革運動の全体像を描き出すことであった。これまでの研究成果は次の3点である。1.「共同体」を核とする思想形成リヒトヴァルク校における学級観とその実態について、「学級共同体」をキーワードとして検討すると、初代校長のペーターゼンと他の教師たちとの見解の相違が浮かび上がった。これは、両者の思想的背景や教育上の志向の違いだけでなく、ドイツ改革教育運動全体にも看取される「共同体」概念の有する多義性に起因するものである。2.公立学校制度のなかでの実験的な教育実践19-20世紀転換期ドイツの公立学校制度や教員養成制度、ならびに教師たちをめぐる当時の社会的・制度的背景に関する調査・論究をおこなった。リヒトヴァルク校においては、文化科や現代外国語科などの教育内容の改善を手がかりとして、ドイツ上構学校としての特色づくりに尽力したことが明らかになった。3.ハンブルク学校改革運動におけるリヒトヴァルク校の位置リヒトヴァルク校では、ハンブルク改革教育運動で醸成された基本的理念(教師・生徒・保護者による民主的な学校運営、共同体学校など)を掲げ、他学校種の教師たちと協働し、保護者や地域と連携しながら、学校運営や教育活動がおこなわれた。実験学校を中核として、地域全体で学校改革運動が推進されていたことを検証した。20世紀初頭のハンブルク学校改革運動においては、さまざまな思想的背景をもつ教師や指導者が教育改革に1取り組んだ。この運動は、近代的な学校へのアンチテーゼを示すものであったと同時に、今日に至る学校教育の思想や制度をより一層強固なものとする具体的な基盤を確立するものであったといえる。

The purpose of this study is to describe the whole picture of the reform movement in secondary schools. The results of this study are summarized in three points. 1.
