We devised and studied the method of "Animation Language" as a way to utilize computers for the scientific communications such as Physics educations and research presentations. The animation Language is a sign system for communications performed with common understanding by senders and receivers about the meaning of the configurations and motions of the pictorial elements. For example, in computer presentation in lectures or talks on physics, we move the characters and formulae, and we draw and erase connection lines and envelopes for reliable communications and for smooth understanding by the receivers. For these purposes, we promoted the scientific researches on members specialties, researches on physics education, linguistic and psychological inquiry, and studies on communicational functions of computers in order to realize those performances. Based on these fundamental investigations, we could clarify the structure, theoretical background, and desirable design of the animation language. We actually constructed several systems for Physics educations and research presentations as follows.Education and learning systems: Mechanics elements, Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Wave, Wave elements, Thermo-dynamics, Modern Physics, Relativity, Particle Physics, Advanced particle Physics, Computer practice, HTML guideResearch presentation systems: Composite field theory, Braneworld, Phase transition, Physics Education.We used them, and investigated their effects.
