The main purpose of this study is to discover in the Occupation newspaper (especially local newspaper) editorials about enactment of the Constitution of Japan and to make information packet of such kind of editorials. Secondarily, we'd like to make a comparative study between the debates about enactment of the Constitution of Japan in those days, the Constitution of the Empire of Japan enacted in the Meiji Era, and today's Constitutional amendment. Preceding study about this theme is research of nation wide newspapers trend of the works of Teruo Ariyama, but our study is first research about local newspaper.Product of our study was published as "Arguments about enactment of the Constitution of Japan in the Occupation-national and local journalism" (A4, research edition 72page, documents materials 500page). In Documents materials, we classified national and local newspaper editorials about enactment of the Constitution of Japan by epoch, and ran typical editorials.

本研究的主要目的是在职业报纸(特别是地方报纸)上发现有关日本宪法制定的社论，并对此类社论进行信息包。其次，我们想对当时关于日本宪法制定的争论与明治时代制定的日本帝国宪法和今天的宪法修正案进行比较研究。关于这一主题的前人研究是对有山泰夫作品的全国性报纸走向的研究，而我们的研究是对地方报纸的首次研究，研究成果发表在《占领下的日本宪法制定之争--国家与地方新闻》(A4，研究版72页，文献资料500页)。在文献资料方面，我们将关于日本宪法制定的全国性和地方性报纸社论按年代进行分类，并进行了典型的社论。
