项目摘要

In the case of manufacturing industry, firstly, we make clear a distinctive character of technical innovation in relation to rationalization. Secondly, how do we the work in electrical machinery industry, automobile industry, iron and steel industry which are divided into operate work and maintenance work with the progress of information technology. Thirdly, how do we have change vocational training within enterprise and public vocational training. Consequently, the following matters became clear.1. In the case of electrical machinery industry, we have digital revolution and globalization. The latter reorganized from pyramid-type to flat-type. The former changed work situation. Worker played part of not only operation of machine but also maintenance of equipment. That was promoted combination of OJT and OffJT, use of education institution off the enterprise.2. In automobile industry, productive technology developed from transfer machine into single-action machine. According to technical innovation, line work became single. Therefore, in automobile industry, the proportion of human relation management is more than that of technology education.3. In the iron and steel industry, according to computer control, worker both watches the CRT and checks the equipment. Vocational training in iron and steel industry is different from automobile industry, and prepare for technology education for high level skill. Informal training in workplace is played for the type of OffJT.4. Public vocational training is education system that replaced OJT of workplace with use of education institution, and play important part of human resources development.
以制造业为例,首先明确了技术创新与合理化相关的鲜明特征。其次,随着信息技术的进步,我们如何将电机行业、汽车行业、钢铁行业的工作划分为操作工作和维护工作。第三,如何实现企业内部职业培训和公共职业培训的变革。因此,下列事项变得清楚了。就电机行业而言,我们面临着数字化革命和全球化。后者由金字塔型重组为扁平型。前者改变了工作环境。工人不仅参与机器的操作,而且还参与设备的维护。促进了教育机构与企业的结合、教育机构与企业的结合。在汽车工业中,生产技术从转移机发展到单动机。由于技术革新,流水线作业变得单一化。因此,在汽车工业中,人际关系管理的比重大于技术教育。在钢铁工业中,根据计算机控制,工人既要看阴极射线管,又要检查设备。钢铁行业的职业培训不同于汽车行业,是为高水平技能的技术教育做准备。工作场所的非正式培训是为OffJT.4类型而进行的。公共职业培训是利用教育机构代替工作场所的职业教育,是人力资源开发的重要组成部分。
