项目摘要

本研究の目的は、教育キャンプ指導者のメタ認知機能の測定に関する知見を得ることであり、本年度の主な研究内容は、キャンプ活動場面における教育キャンプ指導者のメタ認知的活動の構造を検討することであった。調査はキャンプ活動における指導経験豊富な3名の男性に、PAC分析を用いて実施された。自由連想によるイメージ想起及び項目間の類似度評定がPC用支援ツールで行われた。自由連想の刺激文には、児童用組織キャンプ体験評価尺度の下位5因子(自然とのふれあい、挑戦・達成、他者協力、自己開示、自己注目)の内容を反映させ、指導場面におけるメタ認知的活動にアクセス可能な文章を提示した。結果、基礎データとして1因子グループにつき5〜15の連想文が収集された。この個人別データを因子グループ毎にクラスター分析し、面談過程で筆者と被験者が共同で項目・クラスター解釈を試みた。最終段階で筆者が個人別にデータの総合的な検討をした結果、メタ認知的活動の構造について、以下のような事例的解釈が可能であった。自然とのふれあい:1,環境理解 2,援助・促進意識 3,感性の尊重 4,実体験の重視挑戦・達成:1,目標の明確化 2,多様な状況設定 3,指導の率先性レベル 4,安全管理と介入強度他者協力:1,集団変容過程と課題設定 2,「協力」イメージの相対化 3,必然性の担保 4,般化自己開示:1,強要の回避 2,モデル意識 3,介入のバランス自己注目:1,内観の重要視 2,集団と個の有機的相互作用 3,実体験の活用これらの要因から指導者のメタ認知的活動は構成されていると思われる。また、解釈された要因の背景には、1,参加者の主体性の保障 2,活動の負の側面への注目(相対化) 3,「自然」という現象の尊重といった信念が存在し、構造に基礎付けしていると思われる。今後、さらに事例検討を行う予定である。本研究は野外教育学会で発表予定であり、同学会誌への投稿準備も進めている。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structure of cognitive function of educators and to explore the main research contents and activities of this year. The attention of the negative side of the activity 3. The respect of the phenomenon of "nature" and the belief in the existence of the foundation of the structure. In the future, the case will be discussed. This study is intended for the field education association to prepare for the submission of papers.
