地域保健における新展開としての統合医療的セルフケアプログラムの策定

项目摘要

本年度での統合医療プログラムの策定をめぐる、研究実績を報告する。以前より、地域保健センターにおいて研究していたプログラムを、群馬大学医学部における公開講座の中に取り入れ、参加者に指導した。この際に開催報告と併せて1プログラム改良点などを追加したものを群馬保健学紀要に発表した。その後、さらに改善を加えたものを、その啓蒙と普及を目的に、「未病と抗老化」誌、「日本代替・相補・伝統医療連合会議」誌等に発表した。またこのプログラムを、東京女子医大における実際の診療にも取り入れて、生活習慣病とりわけメタポリック・シンドロームをはじめとした予防対策や、慢性疲労症候群への対策として現在行っている。その過程で、慢性疲労症候群における研究も併せて施行し、「総合臨床」誌や「治療」誌等に発表した。それらの実地臨床における評価研究方法としては、通常の臨床検査項目に加え、心理的評価としてのPOMS、QOL評価としてWHO・QOL26等を用いて現在も調査中である。地域保健としては、長野県における森林療法の研究も併せて施行しており、森林療法参加者に対して、本プログラムを紹介し、より健康を促進していただくことを目標に、その効果測定も行い、きわめて好評であった。また、統合医療プログラム評価において用いた自律神経機能の研究法を用いて、老人保健における動物介在療法の効果も研究し、オーストラリア医学雑誌に論文発表した。こうしたプログラムの継続・研究のためには、適切な評価が不可欠である。そうした観点から、研究発表をシンポジストとして第52回日本臨床検査医学会総会(2005年11月)や第22回日本医工学治療学会(2006年4月)でも行う予定である。以上のような発表の場を保ちつつ、地域保健と実地臨床の二つの立場から、更なるデータを現在蓄積中であり、これらを用いてより実効性の高いプログラムを策定する方針である。
