平成19年2月15日より同年2月20日までタイ国バンコク市で,セナクワンチラー氏より専門的知識の提供を受けて,「タイ人日本語学習者の終助詞使用の習得」についての研究を進めた。会話分析的なアプローチを付加し,今後の研究へ発展させてゆく予定である。また,語用論的能力の教授と指導との関連性についての論文を鳴門英語研究20号に投稿し,掲載された本論文の概要は以下の通り。本稿の目的は,中間言語語用論における教授の可能性について議論するものである。第二言語習得の分野における「意識」の役割も,理論的位置づけのために重要であるので言及する。語用論的能力の教授可能性と意識の関係について特に注目する。先行研究では教授により少なくとも短期間は語用論的能力に有益な影響が見受けられることがわかっているが,その影響の保持についてはこれからの研究にゆだねられるところが多い。実験的研究では「意識」の手続き的定義について議論が分かれているところも多く,これからの研究の大きな課題であると考えられる。
