第一に、繰り返しチーム生産モデルにおける最適インセンティブ契約の導出問題を分析した。とりわけ、チームのメンバーの努力水準が直接観測されず、しかも努力に関するシグナルである収入の情報量が小さく、いわゆるフォーク定理が成立しない状況を考えた。チームは、収入の分配方法を定めるシェアリングルールにコミットしてから、日々の生産活動をスタートさせる。このようなモデルにおいて、チームのメンバーの利得和を最大にするような均衡およびそれをサポートするシェアリングルールを特徴付けた。主要な結論は、最適シェアリングルールの形状が、チームのメンバーの割引因子に依存して明快に二分されることである。割引因子が小さい場合は、最も生産的なメンバーを剰余権者とする非対称的なシェアリングルールが最適となる。一方、割引因子が大きい場合の最適シェアリングルールは、全員にそれなりのシェアを与えるものとなる。含意として、生産的なメンバーのチームにおける役割が割引因子に大きく依存することが挙げられる。すなわち、もし割引因子が大きく上昇すれば、そのようなパートナーは剰余権者であることをやめて、チーム生産を育むべく自分のシェアを犠牲にするのである。第二に、観測費用のある繰り返しゲームのクラスにおいて、本研究においてこれまで示してきたフォーク定理を拡充する結果を得た。これまでのモデルが、期末に観測費用を払えばその期の行動のみが誤差なく観測できると仮定するのに対し、今回の研究では1回の観測行為で複数期の行動が同時に観測されるケースを分析した。追加的に観測される情報を有効に利用することで、1期間しか観測できないモデルにおけるフォーク定理と同様の定理を、より簡単な戦略構築のアイデアを用いて証明できることを示した。
