项目摘要

昨年度、金融均衡理論で有名なEquity Premium Puzzleと最適課税理論との関係を、特にプロスペクト理論に注目して、明らかにした。具体的には、もし過度のEquity Premiumが存在するのならば、その経済での最適資産収益課税は0よりもはるかに大きくなりうることを示した。本年度は、この研究を発展させて、金融市場に存在する収益率に関する様々な歪みを、政策を用いてどのように修正できうるか、という問題を分析した。そのために、まず、プロスペクト理論に基づく意思決定バイアスや情報伝達のバイアスに着目して、それらが均衡価格形成にどのような影響を与えるのかを分析した。分析には主としてシミュレーション分析が採用され、financial stylized factsをベンチマークとして用いた。我々の分析結果は、これらの要因が株価の予測可能性やEquity Premium Puzzleだけでなく、Volatility Puzzle、収益率分布の大尖度、非対称性、収益率分散の自己相関、取引量との相関など、現実に観察され、これまでの伝統的なモデルでは困難な統計的性質を数多く説明できることをあきらかにした。これはこれらの要因が現実の金融市場で非常に重要な役割を果たしていることを示唆するとともに、金融市場の効率市場からの歪みを強制するには、金融政策上、これらの意思決定バイアスと情報伝達バイアスを何らかの形で制御することが重要であることを意味している(これらの成果は既にいくつかの論文誌に公開されている)。今後、具体的な政策手法、制度設計を研究していきたい。

Last year, the theory of financial equilibrium was called Equity Premium Puzzle and Optimal Tax Theory. The specific conditions for the existence of Equity Premium are as follows: This year, we will conduct research on the development of financial markets and analyze the problems related to the profitability of financial markets. The theory of rational decision-making is based on the analysis of the influence of information on the formation of equilibrium patterns. The analysis is based on financial stylized facts. The results of our analysis include: the probability of prediction, Equity Premium Puzzle, Volatility Puzzle, sharp distribution of income ratio, asymmetry, self-correlation of income ratio dispersion, correlation of extraction quantity, observation, statistical difficulty, etc. The main reasons for this are that the financial market is very important to the development of the financial market, and the financial market efficiency market is very important to the development of the financial policy. In the future, specific policy methods and system design will be studied.
