项目摘要

本研究は,(1)荷捌き施設の主たる利用者となる民間物流企業の活動を助成するインフラ(荷捌き施設)整備・管理が及ぼす社会的影響,(2)地区内物流システムにおけるインフラ整備・管理が地区内物流の効率化および都市内交通(歩行者を含む)の改善に与える影響,の2点を明らかにすることを目的とした.具体的には以下の2小テーマにより結論を導き出した.・関係主体の意識・行動に関する調査および分析・貨物車両および貨物車両以外の車両の駐停車行動を考慮した路上荷捌き施設配置計画シミュレーションモデルによる評価.本年度は、以下の3項目を実施した.・シミュレーションデータの精査:これまでに実施した「関係主体の意識・行動に関する調査」および「配送作業実態調査および走行・駐停車状況調査」の結果をさらに整理・分析し,下記(2)のシミュレーションモデルに使用する,1)地区内物流に関係する5主体の路上荷捌きに関する意識データ,2)配送作業実態データおよび走行・駐停車状況データを精査,作成した.・シミュレーションモデルの構築:荷捌き施設の整備・管理の評価・検討を目的とし,貨物車両および貨物車両以外の車両の駐停車行動を考慮した路上荷捌き施設配置計画シミュレーションモデルを構築した.シミュレーションモデルを用いた分析・評価:(1)で構築したシミュレーションモデルを用い,1)荷捌き施設の主たる利用者となる民間物流企業の活動を助成するインフラ整備・管理が及ぼす社会的影響,2)地区内物流システムにおけるインフラ整備・管理が地区内物流の効率化および都市内交通の改善に与える影響を分析・評価した.

This study focuses on (1) the impact of logistics facilities on the efficiency of logistics facilities and the improvement of urban transportation,(2) the impact of logistics facilities on the efficiency of logistics facilities and urban transportation. The following are the main conclusions. Survey and analysis of awareness and actions related to the subject, parking actions of freight vehicles and vehicles other than freight vehicles, consideration of road loads, implementation of configuration plans, and evaluation of information related to the subject. This year, the following 3 projects were implemented. The following is a summary of the results of the survey on awareness and action of the relationship subject and the survey on distribution operation status and travel and parking status: (2) the use of awareness and action of the relationship subject within the region;(1) the awareness and action of the relationship subject within the region;(2) the summary of distribution operation status and travel and parking status. The construction of the system: the maintenance, management and evaluation of the equipment, the parking action of the freight car and the vehicle other than the freight car, the construction of the system. Analysis and evaluation of the use of logistics equipment:(1) the construction and use of logistics equipment;(1) the impact of the activities of private logistics enterprises on the development and management of logistics equipment;(2) the impact of logistics equipment on the development and management of logistics equipment in the region; and (3) the impact of urban transportation on the improvement of logistics equipment in the region.
