项目摘要

本年度は大正期、昭和初期の「海景観賞の型」を分析し、これまでの成果である江戸期・明治期から大正期・昭和初期を通じて、伝統的な「海景観賞の型」の抽出を行うとともに、その成立要因を明らかにすることが目的である。大正期では名所案内記8冊を対象として、そこに掲載された絵図・写真・記述文444事例を、昭和期では名所案内記17冊を対象として1,734事例(絵図・写真・記述文)をそれぞれ取り上げ、当該事例において「人」「建築物」「海」の3要素が同時に含まれる「海景観賞の型」の抽出を試みた。これより、本研究成果は大きく次の6つに整理できる。(1)大正期と昭和初期いずれも、3要素で構成される「海景観賞の型」は皆無であった。これより「海景観賞の型」は、江戸期から明治期にかけて成立していたものの、大正期以降に「消滅」した。(2)大正期の海辺の名所では、海を含む写真が3事例(築地海岸、芝浦埋立地、品川海岸)、海を望む名所に関する記述文8事項(海辺の眺望;4記述、海岸1、海水浴場1、潮干狩1、海辺の寺社1)がみられた。海を含む写真は、工業地帯・鉄道といった新規の「産業景観」が主流であった一方、記述文は、海水浴場、潮干狩、寺社など明治期から受け継がれた伝統的事象がみられた。これらより大正期の海辺の名所は、新規的事象と伝統的事象の両者が同時に好まれていたことを認識した。(4)昭和初期の海辺の名所では、海を含む写真が1,734事例中21事例、海に関する記述219事項を捉えた。海を含む写真は、芝浦の桟橋・岸壁といった「港湾景観」が中心であり、記述文は、これまで継承されてきた名所から海に向けた眺望であった。これより海の風景は変容しつつも名所自体は伝統的に継承されていたことを捉えた。(5)大正・昭和初期で「海景観賞の型」が消滅した要因として、分析資料に掲載された名所の特徴と調査地区海岸線33,000kmの土地利用を分析した結果、名所の多くは内陸の建築物・土木構造物である一方で、海岸線では積極的に展開された埋立地に民衆が容易に立ち寄れる場や海景の魅力を高める建築物が存在しなかったことを捉えた。(6)以上のことから、本研究では、江戸期から明治期にかけて成立した6つの「海景観賞の型」を、わが国における伝統的な「海景観賞の型」と位置づけた。そして6つの型を成立させる数値的指標(視距離、俯角)と、現代社会への適用可能性について考察を行った。(詳細は紙数制限から下記の土木学会景観デザイン研究論文集に代える)

This year, we analyzed the results of the Taisho period and the early Showa period of the "seascape appreciation type", and the results of the "Meiji period" and the early Showa period of the "seascape appreciation type". 8 volumes of the Taisho period and 17 volumes of the Showa period are related to 1,734 cases (photos and descriptions). When the case is related to the three elements of "people,""buildings," and "sea," it is also related to the extraction of "seascape appreciation type." The results of this study are as follows: (1)In the early stage of Taisho period, there are three elements that constitute the "seascape appreciation pattern". The "sea view appreciation" is opposite, the river period is opposite, the Meiji period is opposite, the Taisho period is opposite, and the "elimination" is opposite. (2)3 Cases (Tsukiji Coast, Shibaura Buried Site, Shinagawa Coast), 8 Items related to the name of the sea (Sea View;4 Description, Coast 1, Bathing Beach 1, Tide Dry Hunt 1, Sea View Temple 1) The sea contains pictures, industrial land, railway and new regulations, and the main stream of "industrial scenery" is one party, the description of the text, the bathing beach, the dry hunting, the temple society, and the Meiji period. The name of the sea in the great period is opposite, the new event is opposite, the event of the system is opposite, and the person who knows it is opposite. (4)In the early years of Showa, 21 cases and 219 items of the sea were recorded. The sea contains a picture of the sea, and the shore wall is in the middle of the sea. The sea scenery is different from the name of the original system. (5)In the early days of Taisho and Showa, the "seascape appreciation pattern" was eliminated due to the analysis of the data, which revealed the characteristics of the famous sites and the land use analysis of the 33,000 km coastline of the investigated area. As a result, the number of famous sites was increased, and the inland buildings and civil structures were expanded. The coastline was expanded actively, and the people were easy to stand on the site. The seascape charm was high. The buildings existed. (6)This study is based on the historical data of the sea view and its location.
