スポ-ツ領域の「才能」は生得的な遺伝的要因によるのではなく練習と指導の過程を経て獲得されるものである点を解明することが本研究の目的である。研究の結果, 指導者による練習の意識的な場づくり, 指導者・家族・仲間等による選手の自立化を促すかかわり, 及び選手の熟達化過程に応じ基礎的な技能から応用的な技能, 更には選手の個性に応じた技能の創造に至るまで幅広く展開される指導的な作用, が才能育成において重要な役割を果たしている点が明らかとなった。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the essential causes of the "talent" in the field of training and guidance. The results of the research show that the instructor, family and family promote the self-reliance of the players, and the maturity process of the players, the basic skills, the skills used, and the role of the instructor in the creation and expansion of the players 'personality. Only then can we cultivate the important work and cut the fruit.
