项目摘要
認知症高齢者の介護問題に柔軟に対応することが可能な地域ケアシステムを住民との協働により可能にしていく方法の開発を行うことにある。今回の研究の成果としては、デンマーク・スベンボー市の「協力モデル」のシステム分析ならびにそれを運営している専門職ならびに介護家族と近隣の協働システムについて分析を行うことができ、これらからの知見をもとに、日本におけるモデル構築にむけて準備を進めることができた。
这样做的目的是开发一种方法，该方法将使社区护理系统能够灵活应对痴呆症患者与居民合作的护理问题。这项研究的结果能够分析丹麦Svenbor的“合作模型”的系统，以及运行它的专业人员与护理人员以及邻近的合作系统之间的协作系统。 Based on these findings, we were able to proceed with preparations for the construction of a model in Japan.
