With the aim of making practicable the wet-type centrifugal classification that can very accurately classify fine particles in an almost rigidly rotating flow produced between rigidly rotating housing-and core-walls, we have studied new high-throughput multiple-product classification systems. Consequently, we have drawn the following main conclusions.1. Concerning high throughput, : we have adopted new methods of supplying feed particles and collecting products in order to increase throughput, and consequently have obtained the following main results(1) In a new FOF-WCW type in which the Ekman transport is changed inward radialy between the housing and core cylindrical walls, fine particles are surely directed to a fine product, so that high accuracy is realized.(2) In the FOF-CWC type that is made by changing the coarse collection outlets and the water supply inlet each other, we can obtain the same accuracy as in the FOF-WCW type.(3) In the FOF-MCWCM type that is made by dividing the coarse collection outlets into outlets for coarse and medium products, triple-product classification is realized.2. Concerning continuous multiple-product classification, we have made a continuous triple-product classifier by continuously withdrawing coarse and medium products from the equators of the conventional batch-type double-stage classifier, and have numerically verified the validity. Furthermore, we have experimentally clarified the scaling law of the continuous classification performance
