近年来，由于环境保护的影响越来越大，以及可利用储量的减少和对利用工业废物、建筑副产品、生活垃圾的回收方法的需求增加，用于混凝土的天然骨料在全球范围内短缺。针对这种情况，高质量再生骨料和混凝土制品技术得到了迅速的发展。阐明既有建筑中低强度混凝土的力学特性和耐久性是十分重要的。

Recently natural aggregate for concrete is running short globally, due to the increasing influence of environment protection, and because accessible reserves are dwindling and demand for recycling method is increasing using industrial wastes, construction by-products, life wastes. Toward this situation, the progress on high quality recycled aggregate and concrete-products techniques has been made rapidly. It is important to clarify the mechanical characteristics and durabilityes of low strength concrete from the existing buildings.
