项目摘要

The purposes of this study are to develop composite sensor that equipped with two functions in one sensor and to develop network connected instrumentation system for remote diagnosis of structure using piezoelectric sensor. Followings are the results of the study.(1) Composite sensor for bending deformation measurement A variety of electrode patterns are molded on the surface of a polymer piezoelectric film accumulated by the laser beam machining. It was experimentally clarified that problem of the bending deformation sensor developed before using PVDF film. And also it was clarified curvature of bending deformation of the measurement object was able not only to be measured but also to specify the deformation position using composite sensor.(2) Network connected instrumentation system The instrumentation system that is appropriate for the signal conditioning of the composite deformation sensor is developed. The system also has the telecommunication facility with the personal computer. The system consists of a master terminal unit and several remote terminal units with signal conditioner. These units are connected serial network. It was experimentally verified that this system was able to collect the structural data.
本研究的目的是研制一机双能的复合传感器,并利用压电传感器研制结构远程诊断的网络化仪器系统。以下是研究结果。(1)用于弯曲变形测量的复合传感器通过激光加工,在聚合物压电薄膜的表面上成型各种电极图案。通过实验阐明了弯曲变形传感器在使用PVDF膜之前存在的问题。阐明了采用复合传感器不仅可以测量被测物体弯曲变形的曲率,而且可以确定变形位置。(2)网络化仪器系统研制了适用于复合材料变形传感器信号调理的仪器系统。该系统还具有与个人计算机的通信设备。该系统由一个主终端单元和多个带信号调理器的远程终端单元组成。这些单元通过串行网络连接。实验验证了该系统能够采集结构数据。
