梅干しの調味廃液の有効利用を図るために、(1)調味廃液中のグルタミン酸,クエン酸などの有効成分の分離回収、(2)調味廃液に含まれる糖およびクエン酸を用いたムメフラールの合成法の確立、(3)調味廃液中の色素を用いた色素増感型太陽電池の作製に関する研究を実施した。その結果、(1)選択的回収法に関する知見を得た、(2)調味廃液からマイクロ波を用いた反応で5-ヒドロキシメチル-2-フルフラールの合成に成功した、(3)太陽電池を作製し、発電を確認した。

(1) Separation and synthesis of active components of citric acid and citric acid in flavoring solution;(2) Establishment of synthesis method for active components of citric acid and citric acid in flavoring solution;(3) Study on preparation of pigment-sensitive solar cells containing pigments in flavoring solution. The results are as follows: (1) the knowledge of the selection method is obtained;(2) the synthesis of the seasoning solution is successful;(3) the solar cell is manufactured and the current transmission is confirmed.
