项目摘要

アルコール依存症ラットを用いて、飲酒パターンは心臓性突然死との関連を検討した。その結果、急性離脱パターンでは、心機能の低下、自律神経機能の失調、致死的心室性不整脈の発症および心室再分極均質性を反映するQTd の増大がみられた。これらの異常が断酒あるいはβ遮断薬前投与により、是正された。アルコール関連死は、自律神経機能の失調と心室再分極の均質性障害を介する致死的不整脈の発症と関連することが示唆された
The relationship between alcohol dependence and sudden death is discussed. Results: Acute ventricular dysfunction, cardiac dysfunction, ventricular arrhythmia, and ventricular repolarization This is the first time I've ever seen someone who's been in trouble. The relationship between death, autonomic nervous dysfunction, ventricular repolarization and homogeneity is mediated by the development of fatal arrhythmia.
