グリッドコンピューティングのプラットフォームは多くの人々により共有されるものである。プライバシー(個人がある計算資源を保持する権利)を失わずに、資源を多くの人で共有するポリシーをどのように定義するかの研究においては多くの課題があり、例えば、計算資源を共有するポリシーを管理することはユーザ数、資源の数が多くなるにつれて難しい問題になる。本研究ではグリッドのユーザ管理の実際のニーズについて研究し、グリッドの新たな展開を可能とするユーザ管理技法について研究開発する。本年度の成果は以下の通り:・P2Pコンピューティングにおいて、広く使われている分散ハッシュテーブル(DHT,distributed hash table)におけるセキュリティについて考察を行い、これについて論文を行った。・これからの課題として、リソースが多くなり、ユーザ数が増えるに従って、アクセス制御をすることが困難になる。P2P向けの認証プロトコルとして本研究室で提案した個人同士の認証関係のチェーンを利用してコミュニティでの認証を行うプロトコルAUBReXを拡張して、新たな認証プロトコルとして「fellowship」の概念に基づく認証方式を考案した。これは、人間の信頼の心理のモデルを考慮して信頼関係のチェーンを構成し、アクセス制御がやりやすい認証システムとするものである。この提案について論文を投稿するとともに、具体的なシステムとして広域分散システムであるOmniRPCについて、この提案方式を設計・実装した。
