1.国内環境政策に関する研究については、Annual Meeting of the International Energy Workshop 2008(パリ,フランス)および、日本経済学会秋季大会「環境の実証分析」セッション(近畿大学)でその成果を発表し、専門家との意見交換を行った。その成果を、大阪大学経済学部主催のディスカッションペーパーとして登録し、論文化した。また、内閣府経済社会総合研究所の研究会に参加し、エネルギー需要とエネルギー価格、環境関連技術投資との関係について日本の全産業に関して分析を行った。一部の産業で、エネルギー価格だけでなく、技術の蓄積がエネルギー排出原単位に対して有効であることを明らかにした。2.国際環境政策に関する研究については、FEEM(Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei,Italy)との共同研究をベースとする。FEEMでの滞在中にモデル開発(環境投資と技術進歩の内生化・データ収集)に成功した。その成果は現在論文として執筆中であり、FEEMの主催するディスカッションペーパーに近日中に掲載する予定である。また、平成21年度もFEEMに1週間滞在し、評価する国際環境政策について検討しポスト京都議定書の政策評価に関して発展的な研究を行うことになった。
