本年度は,前年度に得たデータ分析結果をもとに学会発表、論文投稿を行った。第1に、前年度投稿した文献調査が心理臨床学研究に採択された。国内の解離性同一性障害(DID)55文献事例を分析し、一時的ストレス型、持続的ストレス型、外傷型の臨床像に分類した。一時的ストレス型は心的外傷体験がなく、ストレス体験やパーソナリティ特性を契機に,青年期中期の女性に多く発症する軽度のDIDと示された。これらから、青年の日常的解離傾向とストレス体験による病的解離発症のメカニズム、その援助効果を検討する必要性を考察した。第2に、前年度行った大学生等614名の質問紙調査が心理臨床学研究に採択された。日常的解離尺度の基準関連妥当性がある程度確認され、「一過性健忘・没入」「空想」「感情切り替え」「没頭・熱狂」の4因子が見出された。そして「一過性健忘・没入」は対他的自我レジリエンスを媒介して,問題解決・サポート希求機能に負の影響を与えること、「空想」「感情切り替え」「没頭・熱狂」は対他的自我レジリエンスを媒介して,問題解決・サポート希求機能に正の影響を与えることが示された。これらから、「一過性健忘・没入」傾向が高い青年には心理教育的な援助を、「空想」「没頭・熱狂」「感情切り替え」傾向が高い青年には継続的心理療法を行う等、体験内容によって援助方針を検討する弁別モデルが生成された。第3に、半構造化面接を行った28人のうち、3人に3年ごしの追面接を実施した。事例分析の結果はパーソナリティ研究に採択された。日常的解離の体験・意味づけ変容モデルが生成され、体験内容だけでなく、体験者の発達的段階,体験状況,体験の意味づけ等、多次元的にとらえる重要性が示された。以上から本研究は、青年の日常的解離体験を量的(心理尺度)、質的(半構造化面接)に測定する心理アセスメント法を新たに開発できたと考えられる。(789文字)
