项目摘要

本研究の目的は、企業再生の日台韓比較により、企業再生を分析する理論的フレームワークの構築に提言し、またその実践法を探究することにある。研究に当たって、日本・韓国・台湾の企業データや事例を精査し対比させるといった研究手法を用いた。本研究の発見は以下のようにまとめることができる。第1に、各地域企業の経営危機の度合い、業績の悪化から回復までの再生パターン、戦略、プロセスの異同が浮き彫りになった。第2に、1つの事例を包括的に見る場合、長谷工や、ハイニックス、Acer等には再生のためのビジネスプランがそれぞれ存在したことが示された。特に倒産という生存の危機に陥り十分な資金が無い場合、債権の整理を含む危機の安定化、経営権の強化が再生成功のカギとなるということは長谷工やハイニックスからの示唆である。第3に、各国/地域企業の再生には異同が生じるメカニズムを解明するためには、制度面要因の精査は必需条件である。その点を踏まえ、本研究はさらにいくつかの要因を洗い出した。例えば、国/地域間の企業規模、労働流動性、技術の調達先は企業間関係(中間組織)か市場かなどである。このように、本研究は研究上未開拓分野の企業再生理論の構築に向かって一歩前進したと考える。また、再生定義を数値化する基準の精査、韓国の企業データ分析、企業の再生前後の構造変化の考察なども今後の研究課題となる。
