要介護高齢者の在宅生活の限界点とその規定要因を明らかにすべく、東京都葛飾区および秋田県大館市の居住者を対象に、平成15年度、平成17年度に引き続き、1373組の要介護高齢者と家族主介護者の第3波追跡調査を平成19年度に行った。平成20年度はこの縦断データの解析と、研究者が直接インタビューを実施して得られた質的研究データについて分析を進め、今までに得られた結果をもとに協力者に向けたリーフレットを作成し送付した。また、第1波と第2波のデータを中心に、11章からなる研究成果の単行本の発刊を予定している。

The limit points and requirements for the life of the elderly at home are clearly defined and targeted at residents in Katsushika Ward, Tokyo and Odate City, Akita Prefecture. In 2015 and 2017, the third wave of tracking surveys of 1373 groups of elderly people and family caretakers will be conducted in 2019. In 2010, the researchers conducted a series of qualitative research on the analysis of the data, and now they have obtained the results. The first wave and the second wave are in the center, and the first chapter is in the center.
