本研究は中学生に起業家精神に富んだ勤労観・職業観を職場体験を通じて育成する学習プログラムを開発し, その学習効果を検証すると共に教材の普及を図ることを目的としたものである。初年度の調査研究と基礎資料の収集を基に2年次にはWeb教材「しごとチャレンジャー」を制作し京都教育大学ホームページ上で公開した。3年次にはこの教材を用いた授業を行い勤労観・職業観の形成と教材の有効性を検討, さらに教材の普及活動を行った。
