ナノ粒子合金系状態図を精確に評価するために、金属・合金系の固液界面エネルギーの測定方法を確立することを目指し、固体基板上にて金属あるいは合金液滴を溶融保持した際に形成される固気液三相界面における平衡二面角を測定する手法を用いてCu-B系ならびにAg-Bi系の固液間界面エネルギーの測定を行った。さらに固液相の熱力学量から固液間界面エネルギーを推算する計算モデルを導出した
