项目摘要
アブラナ科作物の小胞子からの胚発生の機構を解析するために、胚発生に特異的な遺伝子の網羅的な単離を行い、さらにそれら遺伝子についてシロイヌナズナの相同遺伝子を利用した機能解析を行った。GASSHOと名付けた遺伝子は胚の表面組織の形成に関与し、EMKと名付けた遺伝子は胚形成に関与していることが推察された。また分子連鎖地図の構築を行い胚形成領域の予備的なマッピングを行った。
Analysis of the mechanism of embryo development of microspores in family crops, analysis of the function of the same gene in the collection of specific genes in embryo development, and analysis of the function of the same gene. GASSHO and EMK are related to the formation of surface tissue of embryo. The molecular linkage structure is prepared for embryo formation.
