本研究は、1施設の協力を得てアクション・リサーチの手法を用いて実施した。救急初療におけるナース・トリアージを効果的に運営するための要件を導き出すために、ナース・トリアージの現況の問題を把握したうえで、トリアージ・ガイドラインの見直し及び教育の場として「臨床判断カンファレンス」を設定した。看護師各人の経験知を掘り起こし共有化するカンファレンスでは、事例ごとにトリアージから転帰までを追跡・検討し、ガイドラインの再検討等を行った。「臨床判断カンファレンス」は、OJTとして有益な教育の場となった。
