Development of community software for senior citirons

1.老年人利用网络社区的远程支持系统研究初学者往往会忘记软件的操作过程，而高级初学者往往会忘记软件的操作过程。为了防止这种情况，向远程用户提供支持是有用的。本研究将远程控制系统与语音通信软件相结合，研究了一种有效的远程支持系统，并通过IT团队成员的实验使用，提高了系统的可用性。开发了一个支持老年人群体活动的社区系统。我们设计并制作了一个支持和促进老年人群体活动的网络社区软件Trial。该系统功能集中、简化，使用方便。我们设计了该系统，以供未成年人初学者使用，并开发了在线学习材料。高级团队成员甚至可以在字体遥远的地方学习和使用该系统。经过多个团队的试用，该系统获得了他们所在团队的良好可用性评价。高级初学者PC学习支持系统的开发我们对Easy Web系统、Fire-mail和Internet的通用版进行了系统设计。通过该系统的开发，使之前开发的初学者软件[e-namo Kun]可以被济南各地的用户使用，简化了用户识别过程，消除了使用障碍。我们还开发了用户支持键盘贴纸，以支持高级初学者学习键盘操作。
