1.対象事例の追加,情報入力・前年入力分以降の剖検例463例から診療行為に関連した死亡を抽出、47例を対象事例として追加。2.分析項目の追加・事例に関係した診療科を内科系、外科系、産婦人科系、小児科系、精神科系に分類。3.新たな解析・各診療科系ごとに分析項目を集計し、各々の特徴を分析。(内科系)性別:男性60.7%,年齢:70歳代26.2%(最頻),解剖の種類:司法解剖16.4%,死亡の種類:病死83.6%,重篤化した場所:医療施設外52.5%,問題となる医療行為:診断69.7%(外科系)性別:男性61.1%,年齢:60歳代22.2%(最頻),解剖の種類:司法解剖44.4%,死亡の種類:不慮の外因56.9%,重篤化した場所:医療施設内56.9%,問題となる医療行為:診断51.7%%(産婦人科系)性別:男性72.7%,年齢:新生児40.9%・20及び30歳代18.2%,解剖の種類:司法解剖52.1%,死亡の種類:病死72.7%,重篤化した場所:医療施設内95.5%,問題となる医療行為:処置77.3%(小児科系)性別:男性58.6%,年齢:1〜9歳40.9%(最頻),解剖の種類:承諾解剖100%,死亡の種類:病死96.6%,重篤化した場所:医療施設外82.8%,問題となる医療行為:診断89.7%(精神科系)性別:男性67.8%,年齢:40及び50歳代23.2%(最頻),解剖の種類:司法解剖15.3%,死亡の種類:病死69.5%,重篤化した場所:医療施設内98.3%,問題となる医療行為:管理79.7%
