项目摘要

本共同研究の目的は、日本・中国の企業集団の国際比較を試みる点にあった。主要な課題は、(1)1990年代以降の中国の企業集団の進化過程、(2)近年の中国企業集団の形態的な特徴、(3)その経済的機能(内部資本市場の役割・その他)を解明する点にあり、この課題を、日本の高度成長期以来の企業グループの進化・その経済的機能との比較を通じて、また株式所有構造の決定とその機能に焦点を当てながら追求した。具体的には、1)グループ形成の論理、複数の部門をグループ組織により統合する組織が法的に一つの法人に統合された事業部制を備える大企業と、市場を通じて必要な資源を調達する独立(スタンドアローン)企業とに対して、どのようなベネフィットとコストを持つかに関してこれまでの研究をサーベイした。また、2)中国側企業のデータの整備を進め、上海、深川両市場に上場される中国大企業の株式保有主体別分布に関する1990年以降の時系列データを構築した。3)その上で、非金融事業法人を対象に、1999年から2005年の分析期間について、当該企業の最大の株主が、他の事業法人である場合をグループ企業、そうでない場合(最大の株主が政府)である場合を独立企業として、両社の企業パフォーマンス(ROA,ROE)に有意な差があるかを、多変量解析によって分析した。研究成果としては、中国語の論文「企業集団への帰属の経済効果:日中比較研究」中国産業研究(China Industrial Economy)を公刊した。また、上記の内容に加えて、企業集団の株式保有と政府の株式保有の期間を比較し、企業集団のほうが長期保有の傾向が強いこと、などを解明した英語論文を作成した。同論文は、中国国内で報告され、その後英文誌に投稿予定である。

The purpose of this joint study is to test the international comparison of Japanese and China enterprises. The main topics are: (1) the evolution of enterprise groups in China since the 1990s;(2) the characteristics of enterprise groups in China in recent years;(3) the functions of enterprises (Internal capital market division and other) to explain the point, the problem, Japan's highly developed enterprises since the evolution of the function and comparison, the structure of all the functions of the focus to pursue.
