本年度は、まず論文「鎌倉幕府施行システムの基礎的研究」を完成させ、論集『中世政治史の研究(仮題)』(日本史史料研究会、平成22年5月刊行予定)への掲載が決定した。本論文は、平成19年5月19日に大阪大学で開催された第394回法制史学会近畿部会において発表した同名の報告を論文化したもので、鎌倉幕府が発給した施行状を網羅的に収集し、文書様式や発給体系などの基礎的な事実解明を行い、その特質を考察したものである。学会発表は、まず国内では、平成21年8月29日に東京大学で開催された第III期第18回東寺文書研究会において、「南北朝期奥州探題の恩賞充行システム」と題する報告を行った。次いで、平成22年3月23日には、京都市の機関誌会館で開催された日本史研究会中世史部会において、「鎮西下知状執行システムの研究-室町幕府型施行システムの原型-」と題する報告を行った。国外では、まず平成21年5月22日に、中華人民共和国の大連水産学院で開催された、大韓民国の国際学会である第18次東北亜細亜文化学会国際学術大会において、「北畠顕家恩賞充行下文施行国宣の基礎的研究」と題する報告を行った。同年10月17日には、大韓民国の高麗大学校で開催された、同国の国際学会である東北亜細亜文化学会2009年度秋季国際学術大会において、「室町幕府内談頭人人事に関する一考察」と題する報告を行った。
