项目摘要

大きく分けて2つの研究を行った。まず、野外実験として、東京都西東京市にある東京大学附属田無試験地に自然生育している個体から、異なるハプロタイプ(B1、Ja)を持つアオキ個体を選択し、相互授粉実験を行い、交雑可能性を検証した。その結果、B1、Ja両ハプロタイプともに相互に授粉実験は成功し、異なるハプロタイプ間での結実が確認された。このことから、造園用材料として、他の地域由来の個体を導入し、それが野外へと逸出・定着し、繁殖する際に、元から地域に自生するアオキ個体と交雑している可能性が高いと考えられ、この研究成果を学術論文として発表した。2つ目として、昨年度までに収集していた関東地方対象区域の衛星画像データ、採取したアオキ個体のハプロタイプデータを用い、都市地域・農村地域における自生型(Ja)・非自生型(B1)ハプロタイプ個体の生育割合と自然環境要因、人為的要因との関連性を解明した。具体的には、目的変数を各樹林パッチにおけるB1タイプの出現割合、説明変数をランドスケープレベル、樹林パッチレベルにおいて抽出しか項目(例えば、地形、樹林パッチの面積・形状等)として、一般化線形混合モデルを構築し、stepAIC関数によるモデル選択を行った。その結果、周辺森林面積率、地形、過去に当該樹林パッチの林相に変化があったか、という項目について非自生型B1タイプ個体の出現割合が顕著に影響を受けていることが明らかになった。このことにより、植栽からある程度年月が経過した導入樹木の逸出・定着状況が野外の広範囲地域で提示された。
